Naked Buffalo and The Mob Tours was created by Michael F. Rizzo, best-selling author of five books, including “Gangsters and Organized Crime in Buffalo.”

2013 marks the 6th year Naked Buffalo has been entertaining Western New York. This year we have scaled back our tour offerings to our most popular tours. The first weekend in May we are offering our Historic Polonia, Historic Main Street, Erie Canal and Downtown Mob tours for the only time this year.

Who is Naked Buffalo?

Naked Buffalo is a diverse company offering tours as well as historical research. We believe we offer some of the best Buffalo Tours in Buffalo, New York.  Revealing the Fun Underbelly of Buffalo History is our quest. We simply want to bring you unique and fun history of Buffalo, something we believe we have become experts in.

With five books  on Buffalo history and five years of tours, we are one of Buffalo’s top authorities on local history.  Started in 2008 as The Mob Tours, we tour sites of Forgotten Buffalo, but really try to find unusual places around the city. Whether you are interested in the Mafia, Erie Canal or want to visit downtown or the former Polish community, we have something for everyone. Almost all tours are kid-friendly, so grab a friend or loved one and join us on one of our many exciting and tours. For our tech savvy mobile fans, we are on Facebook, Twitter and Foursquare.
